Diana E. Truitt, Managing Partner
From day one, Ms. Truitt has been involved with the development and growth of the company. As Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer, she helped secure, staff, and manage the first home office in Frederick, Maryland. She was instrumental in relocating our corporate office to Virginia in February 1998, and securing the necessary financial capital to operate the fiscal activities of the company. She was promoted to President in February 1999 and held that position to December 2004.  She currently holds a bachelor of Arts in Education from the University of Maryland and resides in Gainesville, Virginia.

Thomas R. Truitt, Managing Partner
Mr. Truitt founded the company in July 1996 and served as the company's first President.  In December 2004, he once again assumed the responsibilities as President.  He was instrumental in evaluating, recommending, and procuring the products necessary to build the corporate technology infrastructure. He has over 14 years of Information Technology experience and has worked in many technical management capacities for the following companies and government institutions: Citibank, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, T. Rowe Price, IBM, MBNA America, Lockheed Martin, LORAL, Westinghouse, Northrup Grumman, SAIC, General Dynamics, NASA, Air Force, Federal Aviation Administration, Federal Bureau of Investigation and Health Care Financing Administration. He currently holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech and resides in Herndon, Virginia. He has completed graduate studies in the area of Digital Signal Processing at Johns Hopkins University.
